A major component of this is the consolidation of its two general insurers, Calliden Limited and Calliden Insurance Limited.

Subject to court approval, Calliden Limited will no longer be a general insurer from 1 December 2008. All existing Calliden Limited policy holders will be transferred to Calliden Insurance Limited.

This means that Calliden Insurance Limited will automatically become the insurer and will be wholly responsible for all obligations under those Calliden Limited policies.

All current Calliden Limited products will be redistributed to you as Calliden Insurance Limited.
